Hello All

Here’s this weeks what did Pat get into.

This week was a wet busy week full of running around. Did a few errands and made 2 customer stops.

First customer was a new one. He has a very nice Model A Pheaton that hasn’t ran in awhile. As you can imagine the job was to get her back up and running. Mission accomplished. It still needs a new set of points soon but I was able to clean the current set up a bit and got a good spark. After a little more fiddling she fired right up.

My second stop this week was a previous customer I know well. Few years ago Miles and I fully restored his 32 roadster. Ray had trouble getting the car started. Ended up being a bad carburetor float. This job I will try and stop back at this week as even after installing the new float, the car still wouldn’t cooperate. This one’s Gona take a bit more investigation as the carb setup is overhead on this engine so a ton of gas got dropped I got the engine. So more on this guy once I get to it.

I worked a bit on cleaning up the Model T rear axle so that’s now ready for assembly as well.  Most likely next week on this job. As this week is already shaping up to be a busy week.

Not much to report on my projects this week either. As I was busy with other stuff and was out of town this past weekend.

SPRING DUST OFF REMINDER!!!!

PLEASE READ!

So far the weather is calling for rain in the afternoon. So I’m still planning on the 17th should be able to knock out the services before the rain.

I’ll let everyone know if that changes.

As you all should be aware I’m planning on a maintaince day on May 17th.

Anyone is welcome to attend whether or not your having work done to your car!!

I only have 3 cars on my list to service.

As I said last email please send me or Sam an email/text/call if your thinking of coming. I’d love to have a rough head count who’s going to be stopping by.

We might get coffee, snacks, or lunch depending on the number of attendees.

I’m thinking of having a start time of around 10:30 AM.

FYI while reading my emails I’d know of anyone who would enjoy these too, feel free to send them their way. Or pass me their email and I’ll gladly add them to the list.

Also if you’re interested on catching up on my weekly emails….visit my website.

On there you’ll see a tab that says weekly project updates. All the write ups I’ve done since starting this are on there.
